Dennis Gonsalves
Dennis Gonsalves tells us of his life as a scientist and how he became a plant pathologist. He explains how he solved the papaya ringspot virus problem, which threatened to decimate the papaya industry in Hawaii. Dennis shares lessons learned in science that he has applied to his life. He also recounts that fateful Big Island Little League game in which the coaches made a decision that would ultimately cost them the game and the tournament.
